Australian Information Commissioner definition

Australian Information Commissioner means the Information Commissioner within the meaning of the Australian Information Commissioner Xxx 0000 (Cth).
Australian Information Commissioner means the office established under the Australian Information Commissioner Act 2010 (Cth) and includes any other person that may, from time to time, perform the functions of that office.

  • Information Commissioner means the UK Information Commissioner and any successor;

  • Labour Commissioner means the individual appointed as Labour Commissioner in terms of in section 120;

  • Tax Commissioner means the tax commissioner appointed under section 121.03 of the Revised Code.

  • Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority shall have the meaning given by Section 2(a)(50) of the 0000 Xxx.

  • Canadian Securities Regulatory Authorities means, collectively, the securities regulatory authority in each of the provinces and territories of Canada;

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Deputy Commissioner means the Deputy Commissioner of the district;

  • Information Regulator means the Information Regulator as established in terms of Section 39 of POPIA;

  • Information Circular means a completed Form 51-102F5 Information Circular; “informed person” means

  • Information Legislation means the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other subordinate legislation or Codes of Practice in relation to such legislation.

  • Academies Financial Handbook means the DfE’s financial handbook for Academies in force from time to time;

  • National Commissioner means the National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, appointed by the President under section 207(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996;

  • Commercial sex act means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.

  • Department of Information Technology means the New Mexico Department of Information Technology which is responsible for operating the data center and all communications related items.

  • Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);

  • Relevant Electric Retail Regulatory Authority means an entity that has jurisdiction over and establishes prices and policies for competition for providers of retail electric service to end- customers, such as the city council for a municipal utility, the governing board of a cooperative utility, the state public utility commission or any other such entity.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Required Financial Information means, with respect to the applicable Calculation Date, (i) the financial statements of the Consolidated Parties required to be delivered pursuant to Section 7.1(a) or (b) for the fiscal period or quarter ending as of such Calculation Date, and (ii) the certificate of an Executive Officer of the Borrower required by Section 7.1(c) to be delivered with the financial statements described in clause (i) above.

  • Integrity Commissioner means the Integrity Commissioner appointed by Council pursuant to Section 223.3 of the Municipal Act, 2001;

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Michigan economic growth authority means the Michigan economic growth authority created in the Michigan economic growth authority act, 1995 PA 24, MCL 207.801 to 207.810.

  • Financial Conduct Authority means the registering authority for societies registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and the Credit Unions Act 1979 set up in terms of the Financial Services Act 2012 or its successor body.
