Assigned Land definition

Assigned Land means 1 [lands or house sites assigned] by the Government to the 2[landless or homeless poor persons] under the rules for the time being in force, subject to the condition of non-alienation and includes lands allotted or transferred to 3[landless or homeless poor persons] under the relevant law for the time being in force relating to land ceilings; and the word "assigned" shall be construed accordingly;

The scope of Land C6-04 shall be determined by the Letter re Land C6-04 Planning, issued by Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning.
