Owned, operated and maintained by Districts in accordance with the Approved Development Plan or otherwise agreed to by the Parties.
The Districts shall, at no expense to the Town and upon written notification from the Town, transfer to the Town all rights-of-way, fee interests and easements owned by the Districts that the Town determines are necessary for access to and operation and maintenance of the Public Improvements to be owned, operated and maintained by the Town, consistent with an Approved Development Plan.
