Approved Development definition

Approved Development means a development approved under the Melbourne Planning Scheme for land that includes a road that is required to be discontinued.
Approved Development means the Purchaser’s Development for which the Purchaser has obtained the Development Permit;

  • Owned, operated and maintained by Districts in accordance with the Approved Development Plan or otherwise agreed to by the Parties.

Approved Development means a project or development
