Written Permission. Any employee desiring leave of absence must obtain permission in writing from the Company for such leave, except in cases of illness or injury covered by Section 1 above.

You agree that where your written permission is required by law or otherwise for any such disclosure by us, the signing of the Card application form and/or the signing of the Card and/or the usage of the Card shall constitute and be deemed to be sufficient written permission for such disclosure.

Written Permission a) If an employee desires a leave of absence for reasons other than those referred to below, written permission must be obtained from the Company. However, no legitimate and reasonable request for a leave of absence will be denied.
Written Permission. Except as otherwise specifically noted herein, any “written permission” required by this Agreement is only valid if authorized by the Board or its designee and signed by an authorized designee of the Board.

You must obtain prior written permission from North and West Housing Ltd where you propose to: • Carry out any structural alterations or make alterations or additions to the premises or adjoining properties, including those to fixtures and fittings such as fireplaces, kitchen units and bathrooms. • Erect a shed or any structure whether fixed or portable. • Decorate any part of the exterior of the premises. • Install a satellite dish. • Erect or make alterations to fences or walls or any boundary lines.
Written Permission. Any Employee desiring leave of absence must obtain it in writing from the Employer. Employees on leave of absence and/or illness for an indeterminate period or Employees who wish to return to work prior to the expiration date of leave of absence for fixed period, shall give the Employer seventy-two (72) hours notice prior to the intended return to work. Any leave of absence to an Employee for reasons other than those set out in Section 17.02 and 17.03, a copy of such leave shall be forwarded to the Committee.
Written Permission. Any request for the use of Party C's brand image or intellectual properties must be submitted in writing to Party C. Party C reserves the right to grant or deny permission at its sole discretion, and any granted permission shall be subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in a separate written agreement. Parties A and B shall not assume permission for usage unless explicitly granted in writing by Party C.
