Applicable Insurance Regulations definition

Applicable Insurance Regulations has the meaning set forth in the Investment Guidelines.
Applicable Insurance Regulations means all laws or regulations applicable to insurance companies or health maintenance organizations (including, without limitation, laws or regulations administered by the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance of the State of Wisconsin (the "OCI") or the Department of Corporations of the State of California (the "DOC")) under which any filing or registration with or authorization, consent or approval of, any governmental entity is required by or with respect to Purchaser, Stockholder or the Company or any of their respective subsidiaries in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
Applicable Insurance Regulations means, with respect to each Regulated Insurance Company, the applicable statutes, rules, and regulations of, and administrative and judicial precedents or authorities promulgated by, the Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authorities that pertain to any Sale Transfer of any Equity Interests of such Regulated Insurance Company.

  • Subject to Condition 1(c) (Form, Denomination, Title and Transfer - Restrictions on Payment), including the prior approval of the Commissioner of the Department pursuant to the Applicable Insurance Regulations, the Notes may be redeemed in full or in part by the Issuer on or following the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Issue Date at 100% of their principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest to the date of redemption.

  • Flood Insurance Regulations means (i) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (ii) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statue thereto, (iii) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (amending 42 USC 4001, et seq.), as the same may be amended or recodified from time to time, and (iv) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority means the insurance department or similar insurance regulatory or administrative authority or agency of the jurisdiction in which the Company is domiciled.

  • Applicable Data Protection Laws means all national, international and local laws, regulations and rules by any government, agency or authority relating to data protection and privacy which are applicable to CPA Global or the Customer, including but not limited to The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), (GDPR);

  • Required Insurances means collectively the Project Facility Insurances and the Contractor Insurances.

  • Insurance Regulatory Authority means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar Governmental Authority charged with regulating insurance companies or insurance holding companies, in its jurisdiction of domicile and, to the extent that it has regulatory authority over such Insurance Subsidiary, in each other jurisdiction in which such Insurance Subsidiary conducts business or is licensed to conduct business.

  • Insurance Requirements means, collectively, all provisions of the Insurance Policies, all requirements of the issuer of any of the Insurance Policies and all orders, rules, regulations and any other requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters (or any other body exercising similar functions) binding upon each Loan Party which is an owner of Mortgaged Property and applicable to the Mortgaged Property or any use or condition thereof.

  • SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.

  • Standard Hazard Insurance Policy means a fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy in such amount and with such coverage as required by this Agreement.

  • Market Abuse Regulation means the EU Market Abuse Regulation (596/2014).

  • Insurance Report means an insurance report in respect of the Insurances confirming that such Insurances are placed with such insurers, insurance companies and/or clubs in such amounts, against such risks and in such form as acceptable to the Agent (acting on the instructions from the Finance Parties) and comply with the requirements under Clause 26.3 (Insurance) and the GIEK Guarantee prepared by Bank Assure Insurance Services Inc., or such other reputable insurance advisor approved by the Agent, and dated on or about 11 June 2010 and addressed to, and capable of being relied upon by, the Finance Parties.

  • Insurance Add-On Amount means the premium charged to the Obligor in the event that the Servicer obtains Force-Placed Insurance pursuant to Section 4.4.

  • Insurance Information means the insurance information required by the Access Provider pursuant to Clause 5(b)(xi) hereof.

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their Member States, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • ISA Regulations means The Individual Savings Account Regulations 1998, as amended or replaced from time to time.
