Regulations T, U and X means Regulations T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor), as the same may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.
TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.

EU Regulation means a regulation within the meaning of Article 288 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;
EEA Regulations means the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006.
