Applicable Codes and Standards definition

Applicable Codes and Standards means any and all codes, standards or requirements applicable to the Work set forth or listed in Attachment A, in any Applicable Law (subject to an adjustment by Change Order in accordance with Section 6.2A.1), or which are set forth or listed in any document or Drawing listed in Attachment A, which codes, standards and requirements shall govern Contractor’s performance of the Work, as provided herein, provided that, with respect to Applicable Codes and Standards which are not set forth in any Applicable Law, any reference herein to such Applicable Codes and Standards shall refer to those Applicable Codes and Standards set forth or listed in any document or Drawing listed in Attachment A.
Applicable Codes and Standards means any and all codes, standards or requirements set forth herein (including Attachment A) or in any Applicable Law, which codes, standards and requirements shall govern Contractor’s performance of the Work, as provided herein. In the event of an inconsistency or conflict between any of the Applicable Codes and Standards, the highest performance standard as contemplated therein shall govern Contractor’s performance under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Applicable Codes and Standards

Applicable Codes and Standards means any and all codes, standards or requirements set forth in Attachments A, J and S or in any Applicable Law, which codes, standards and requirements shall govern Contractor’s performance of the Work, as provided herein. In the event of an inconsistency or conflict between any of the Applicable Codes and Standards, the highest performance standard as contemplated therein shall govern Contractor’s performance under this Agreement.
Applicable Codes and Standards means the standards applicable to the construction of a structure that are in force at the date of the issue of the Facility Alteration Permit, or where one has been issued, on the date of issue of the Development Permit, which may include but which are not limited to the following:

In the event of an inconsistency or conflict between any of the Applicable Codes and Standards, the highest performance standard as contemplated therein shall govern the Partiesperformance under this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed.
Applicable Codes and Standards means those codes and standards that are applicable to the Liquefaction Project, the LNG Facility or the Work, under Applicable Laws and as set forth in Appendix A, Appendix B or the Deliverables.
