Anonymised Data definition

Anonymised Data means any Customer Personal Data, which has been anonymised such that the Data Subject to whom it relates cannot be identified, directly or indirectly, by Supplier or any other party reasonably likely to receive or access that anonymised Personal Data.
Anonymised Data means data which has undergone the process of anonymisation;
Anonymised Data means data from which the patient cannot be identified by the recipient of the information. The name, address, and full postal code must be removed, together with any other information which, in conjunction with other data held by or disclosed to the recipient, could identify the patient. Patient reference numbers or other unique numbers may be included only if recipients of the data do not have access to the 'key' to trace the identity of the patient using that number.

More Definitions of Anonymised Data

Anonymised Data means data where it is not possible to identify an individual from the data. ‘Data’: means all data shared under the terms of this Agreement to include personal data, personal sensitive data, and non-personal data and anonymised data.
Anonymised Data means data in a form where the identity of the individual cannot be recognised i.e. when:
Anonymised Data means data which has undergone the process of anonymisation under sub-clause (3) of this section;
Anonymised Data means information which does not relate to an identified or identifiable natural person or to personal data rendered anonymous in such a manner that the data subject is not or no longer identifiable.
Anonymised Data means Data from which details which identify Clients as individuals (whether living or dead) have been removed;
Anonymised Data means any Personal Data (including Customer Personal Data), which has been anonymised such that the Data Subject to whom it relates cannot be identified, directly or indirectly, by Growyze or any other party reasonably likely to receive or access that anonymised Personal Data.
Anonymised Data means data, which is impossible to be attributed to a data subject in any manner because all references to personal identifiers have been removed permanently and completely; therefore anonymised data is not subject to this Regulation;
