Annual License definition

Annual License. Fee shall mean the fee payable in terms of clauses 10.3 and 10.4 of this Agreement by the End-User.

More Definitions of Annual License

Annual License means a non-provisional license issued by the Department of Cannabis Control pursuant to Section 26050 of the Business and Professions Code.
