Annual Dues definition

Annual Dues means the annual dues paid by a Member to Club Owner for the purpose of obtaining access to limited recreational use of the Club Facilities.

More Definitions of Annual Dues

Annual Dues means the amount payable by Members from time to time for or towards the annual costs and expenses of the Society as decided from time to time by the Board of Directors pursuant to Article 39(a) hereof;

Annual Dues. Annual dues will be calculated at the beginning of each calendar year based on the anticipated fixed costs for the following year. The Treasurer will make this calculation and then recommend the Annual dues rate to the Board of Directors for approval. This amount will be prorated to the actual months a person was a member for that year. Associate Members must pay the full amount in one lump sum at the time of joining and on January 1st every year thereafter. Regular Members can either be billed this full amount on January 1st, half this amount on January 1st and July 1st, or 1/12th of this amount the first day of each month. There may be a discount offered, as shown in Appendix B, to members who pay annual dues in one or two lump sums. Additionally, the initial members of the Club will not have to pay annual dues until the Club obtains an aircraft.
Annual Dues means the annual Club Membership dues determined by the Club Owner from time to time for each category of Membership and paid by a Member to Club Owner for the purpose of obtaining non-exclusive license rights to use of the Club Facilities for recreational purposes.
