In the event of such termination for convenience, Contractor's recovery against the County shall be limited to that portion of the Contract Amount earned through the date of termination, together with any retainage withheld and reasonable termination expenses incurred, but Contractor shall not be entitled to any other or further recovery against the County, including, but not limited to, damages or any anticipated profit on portions of the Work not performed.
