Alliance Agreements definition

Alliance Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Alliance Support Agreement.

Alliance Agreements means those certain business alliance agreements among the Company, Continental Airlines, Inc. and Mesa Airlines, Inc. that include, but are not limited to, code-sharing, frequent flyer, ground handling and marketing agreements.

Alliance Agreements means the master agreement between the Parties dated February 29, 2012, as amended, and any agreement entered into pursuant thereof including the development agreements and the joint purchasing agreement.

• As of the date hereof, there is no litigation or other proceeding pending or, to the knowledge of IBM, threatened against IBM or any of its Affiliates which, if adversely determined, could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the ability of IBM to perform its obligations hereunder or under any of the other Alliance Agreements.

• Any such Initial Termination Notice shall terminate the Base Alliance Agreements effective as of the fifth anniversary of the date hereof.

Alliance Agreements means the (A) Joint Procurement Agreement, (B) Management Services Agreement, (C) Master Industrial Agreement, (D) Master Technology and Product Sharing Agreement, (E) Information and Communication Technology Cooperation Agreement, (F) Global Distribution Agreement and (G) any product sharing and definitive agreements thereunder for individual vehicle, powertrain or platform programs contemplated in the initial Business Plan.

Alliance Agreements means the Common Stock Purchase Agreement, the Funded Research & Development and License Agreement and the Marketing and Distribution Agreement, each dated August 3, 1998, between Parent and the Company.

Alliance Agreements means all agreements entered into by BMS, Sanofi or any Affiliate of BMS or Sanofi, as the case may be, in furtherance of the development, manufacturing and/or commercialization of any Product in the U.S. (only with respect to Irbesartan), and Territory A, Territory B, Territory B1, the Territory A Opt-out Countries and the Territory B1 Opt-out Countries.

Alliance Agreements is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

Alliance Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in the Investment Agreement.
