Maximum Facility Amount definition

Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.

Maximum Facility Amount means $1,500,000,000.

Examples of Maximum Facility Amount in a sentence

• An unused line fee at a rate equal to the percentage per annum set forth in Section 6(d) of Schedule A of the amount by which the Maximum Facility Amount exceeds the average daily outstanding principal balance of the Loans and the Credit Accommodation Balance during the immediately preceding month (or part thereof), which fee shall be payable, in arrears, on the first day of each month so long as any of the Obligations are outstanding and on the Maturity Date.

• If at any time during the Facility Period the Facility Outstandings exceed the Maximum Facility Amount then available or if a proposed Drawing added to the Facility Outstandings would result in the Maximum Facility Amount being exceeded then the Borrower shall immediately pay to the Agent on behalf of the Banks such amounts as will ensure that the Facility Outstandings are equal to or less than the Maximum Facility Amount then available.

• If at any time the Facility Outstandings shall exceed the Maximum Facility Amount the Borrower shall immediately prepay to the Agent on behalf of the Banks such amounts as will ensure that the Facility Outstandings do not exceed the Maximum Facility Amount and shall pay to the Banks all interest accrued on the amount prepaid up to and including the date on which such prepayment occurred.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 2.1.1, in no event shall any Borrower be entitled to receive a Revolver Loan if, at the time of the proposed funding of such Loan (and after giving effect thereto and all pending requests for Loans), the Total Revolver Exposure exceeds (or would exceed) the lesser of the Maximum Facility Amount and the Revolver Commitments.

• If the Borrower extends the Revolving Period pursuant to this Section 2.14, the Borrower shall pay to the Lenders an extension fee equal to 0.25% of the Maximum Facility Amount in effect as of such extension date.

More Definitions of Maximum Facility Amount

Maximum Facility Amount means initially $400,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.18(b); provided that at any time after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.
