Examples of Additional Premises in a sentence
Landlord's Lease Notice shall constitute an offer to lease the Additional Premises to Tenant at the rental rate and upon the terms and conditions contained in Landlord's Lease Notice and shall state the anticipated date of availability of the Additional Premises.
Tenant shall accept such offer, if at all, only by delivery to Landlord of Tenant's irrevocable written commitment to lease the Additional Premises at the rental rate and upon the terms and conditions contained in Landlord's Lease Notice (the "Expansion Commitment").
Landlord shall prepare and Landlord and Tenant shall execute and deliver a written agreement modifying and supplementing the Lease and specifying that the Additional Premises are part of the Premises and, except as otherwise specified in Landlord's Lease Notice, subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Lease.
Except as otherwise set forth in Landlord's Lease Notice, possession of the Additional Premises shall be delivered to Tenant on an "as-is" basis.
Landlord agrees to take such actions and enter into and deliver to Tenant such documents as Tenant reasonably requests in order to effect and memorialize the lease of the Additional Premises to Tenant.
