Additional Features definition

Additional Features means the expansions or optional features to the Software that are not part of the standard Software modules licensed by the Customer at the Effective Date, or that are added to the Software configuration after the Effective Date.
Additional Features means the Features that are offered by AWS to their Customers in their Home Service Areas and are adopted by ACC pursuant to Section 10.3.3. Once implemented, an Additional Feature shall be deemed a Core Feature for purposes of this Agreement.
Additional Features means Signify provided additional features or functionality that form part of the Software Service, but are ordered, purchased and enabled separately. Additional Features may include, for example, application programming interfaces (APIs), software development kits (SDKs), or Interact Office’s Space Management or Interact City’s Workflow Management applications. Additional Features may be subject to and governed by Supplemental Terms. Additional Features do not include any Third Party Services.

Examples of Additional Features in a sentence

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that Signify and its Affiliates (or their respective subcontractors) may collect information and data from the use by Customer of Interact Luminaires, Interact Hardware, and any Software Service (including Additional Features, and any Third Party Services or products) (“Usage Data”).

  • Signify may at any time during the Subscription Period or after change the working methods, communication systems, Software Service or any components of the Software Service, any Additional Features, and related Documentation, provided that such changes will not materially reduce the functionality of the Software Service.


More Definitions of Additional Features

Additional Features means the Features that are neither Core Features nor Future Core Features but that are offered by a Party to its Customers in its Home Service Area.
Additional Features as defined in Section 71414.1;
Additional Features means additional features or functionality (including, but not limited to, Built by Zendesk Marketplace Applications, Zendesk Labs apps, Early Access Programs, or Beta Services) that are available or enabled through the Service, but do not form part of the Service. Additional Features also include third party services that are purchased and/or subscribed to via an Order Form and that are identified as being resold by Zendesk and governed by such third party’s alternate agreement. Additional Features are purchased or enabled separately and distinctly from Your Service Plan and Deployed Associated Services.
Additional Features means any additional features which the Customer opts to purchase from FourJaw during the Subscription Term.
Additional Features means any advanced features for an Account as updated and made available by the Company from time-to-time.
Additional Features means the additional optional features and functionalities of the AQUA Web Solutions, TERRA Enterprise Solutions, KONA Security Solutions, Partner Delivered Professional Services, and Customer Support. Some examples of Additional Features are: (a) Access Control, (b) China CDN, (c) Dynamic Page Caching, (d) EdgeComputing, (e) IPv6 Module, (f) Premium Reporting, and (g) Web Application Firewall Module.
Additional Features means additional features or functionality are available or enabled through the Service, but do not form part of the Service. Additional Features also include third party services that are purchased and/or subscribed to via an Order Form and that are identified as being resold by DoubleCheck and governed by such third party’s alternate agreement. Additional Features are purchased or enabled separately and distinctly from Your Service Plan and Deployed Associated Services.
