Additional Document definition

Additional Document means each of this Deed, each of the Collateral Documents, the Inter-Creditor Deed, the Mortgage Addenda and, in the plural, means all of them;
Additional Document means any additional document to be executed by the Bank and the Customer for any additional Trade Service, in the form prescribed by the Bank.
Additional Document means any document (other than the Order and these Terms and Conditions) which Triptex and the Customer agree shall form part of the Contract;

More Definitions of Additional Document

Additional Document means the document entitled “RE: Comments on application for non-pastoral use – Tipperary Station” dated 16 July 2014.

  • Organizational Document means, relative to any Person, its certificate of incorporation, its certificate of formation or articles of organization, its certificate of partnership, its by-laws, its partnership agreement, its limited liability company or operating agreement, its memorandum or articles of association, share designations or similar organization documents and all shareholder agreements, voting trusts and similar arrangements applicable to any of its authorized Equity Interests.

  • Additional Documents has the meaning specified therefor in Section 5.12 of the Agreement.

  • Joinder Agreement means a joinder agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit 6.13 executed and delivered by a Domestic Subsidiary in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.13 or any other documents as the Administrative Agent shall deem appropriate for such purpose.
