Counterpart Agreement definition

Counterpart Agreement means a Counterpart Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit H delivered by a Credit Party pursuant to Section 5.10.
Counterpart Agreement means a Counterpart Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit G delivered by a Credit Party pursuant to Section 5.10.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Guaranteed Obligations of any Guarantor formed or incorporated in a non-U.S. jurisdiction shall be subject the applicable limitations set forth in a Counterpart Agreement, as applicable.
