Additional Assignments definition

Additional Assignments. The District shall determine in advance the number of hours a voluntary assignment is worth. Unit members shall be paid their own hourly non- instructional rate for the number of hours the district has pre-determined the assignment is worth upon completion of the assignment. Assignments include, but are not limited to, supplemental grading outside of regular teaching assignment, club advisors, curriculum development, etc.

Additional Assignments shall have the meaning given that term in Section 9.03(a).

Additional Assignments. Teachers will receive additional assignment (student activity) payments as a one-half (.5) payment midway through the activity in the School District, and one-half (.5) at the end of the activity in the School District. Pay dates will be identified on the extra-assignment form signed by the teacher and the School District designee, and payment will be made on those dates. The provisions of Subd. 3 of this Section shall apply. Before additional assignment payments are made, the teachers must return to the Superintendent an executed extra-assignment form previously submitted to the teacher.

Examples of Additional Assignments in a sentence

• Any payments made by any System Operating Company pursuant to Section 4 of the Availability Agreement or advances pursuant to Section 2.2(b) hereof with respect to Xxxx Xx. 0 xx Xxxx Xx. 0 shall, to the extent necessary to satisfy in full the assignment set forth in Section 1.1 of this Assignment and the corresponding assignments set forth in the Additional Assignments, be made pro rata in proportion to the respective amounts secured by, and then due and owing under, such assignments.

• Promptly after Closing, Buyer shall (a) record the Assignment of the Assets and any Additional Assignments of the Assets executed at Closing in all applicable real property records and at the offices of all relevant Governmental Authorities, and (b) send notices to vendors supplying goods and services for the Assets of the assignment of such Assets to Buyer and, if applicable, the designation of Buyer as the operator thereof.

• Buyer is not required to give any notice to, make any filing with or obtain any authorization, consent, approval or permit from (regardless of the standard or condition that may be imposed for considering or granting the same) any Governmental Authority or other Third Party in order for Buyer to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (and the Assignment and Additional Assignments).

• Except as specifically stated otherwise herein, this Agreement, the Initial Assignment, the Additional Assignments and the other Transaction Documents set forth the entire understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and all prior understandings, written or oral, are superseded by this Agreement.

• Buyer shall (a) promptly after the Initial Closing or Option Closing, as applicable, record the Assignment of the Assets and any Additional Assignments of the Assets executed at Closing in all applicable real property records and at the offices of all relevant Governmental Authorities, and (b) promptly after the Option Closing, send notices to vendors supplying goods and services for the Assets of the assignment of such Assets to Buyer and, if applicable, the designation of Buyer as the operator thereof.

More Definitions of Additional Assignments

Additional Assignments. Assignments compensated through a supplemental contract at a specific negotiated rate. Association: Xxxxxxxx Education Association, affiliate of KNEA and NEA, the exclusively recognized bargaining agent for Professional Employees in USD 497, assigned that role according to state statute.

Additional Assignments. If reduction in number of teachers based on seniority would result in the discontinuance of any curricular or extra- or co-curricular program, the School District may at its discretion determine the teacher employed in such program may not be placed on ULA, and the next senior teacher may be placed on such leave, at the discretion of the School District.

Additional Assignments shall have the meaning given that term in Section 9.03(a). “Adjusted Initial Purchase Price” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.01(a). “Adjusted Option Purchase Price” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.01(c). “AFEs” shall have the meaning given that term in Section 6.01(v).

Additional Assignments. All additional assignments shall be given to the most senior Class “A” or Class “B” driver, in that order, available where economically and logistically feasible and not be in conflict with the driver’s other regularly assigned runs. Where administratively, economically and logistically feasible, each driver shall be limited to one (1) additional run assignment per AM and PM run. Available private school runs that begin before or continue after the Easton Area School District school year shall be offered by seniority to Class “A” and “B” drivers, in that order. For the purpose of this section, “available” shall be defined as a run that is currently not held by any regular “A” driver or a run that is temporarily vacant due to the absence of the driver that holds the run. In order to be eligible, drivers shall be required to fill in the sign up sheets that will be posted prior to the end of the preceding school year. Drivers may accept or reject additional run assignments. In cases of emergency, available drivers may not reject additional run assignments. Emergency shall be defined as sudden, unexpected occurrence, demanding immediate action as determined by the administration or their designee.

"Applicable Documents" means this Supplemental Agreement, the Mortgage Amendments, the Additional Assignments, the Additional Fee Letters, the Additional Guarantee, the Additional Master Agreement Charges and "Applicable Document" means any one of them. "Banks" means the Original Banks and the Acceding Banks and "Bank" means any one of them. "Borrowers" means the Original Borrowers and the Acceding Borrowers and "Borrower" means any one of them.
