Activation or "Activated" shall mean (i) with respect to the Limited Partnership, the date on which the Limited Partnership is formed, and (ii) with respect to the Production Partnership, the date on which the Limited Partnership shall have made its Capital Contribution to the Production Partnership.

If that Command Center Device uses a different MDN than originally assigned, then an Activation Fee will apply instead.
