Acquisition Funds definition

Acquisition Funds means the payment of the merger consideration to the Seller of Target under the Acquisition Agreement and the payment of Transaction Expenses.

More Definitions of Acquisition Funds

Acquisition Funds means, collectively, the Series 2014A-1 Acquisition Fund and the Series 2014A-2 Acquisition Fund.
