Accessions definition

Accessions shall have the meaning given that term in the UCC.
Accessions means goods that are installed in or affixed to other goods; (“accessoires”)
Accessions means all Accessions as that term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC;

  • None of the Collateral consists of, or is the Accessions or the Proceeds of, As-Extracted Collateral, Consumer Goods, Farm Products, Manufactured Homes, or Standing Timber.
