Examples of Additional Mortgaged Property in a sentence
Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit an independent real estate appraiser satisfactory to Administrative Agent, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any Additional Mortgaged Property for the purpose of preparing an appraisal of such Additional Mortgaged Property satisfying the requirements of any Applicable Laws (in each case to the extent required under such Applicable Laws as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion).
The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the following meanings: Additional Mortgaged Property has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 6.9. Additional Mortgages has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 6.9. Administrative Agent has the meaning assigned to that term in the introduction to this Agreement and also means and includes any successor Administrative Agent appointed pursuant to subsection 9.5(a).
Borrower, at its expense, shall deliver to the Agent a Borrowing Base Certificate setting forth in reasonable detail the computation of the Borrowing Base as of the Addition Date and after giving effect to such Additional Mortgaged Property and such Mortgaged Property being Released.
If Borrower fails to respond within the period of thirty (30) Business Days, it shall be conclusively deemed to have elected not to add the proposed Additional Mortgaged Property to the Collateral Pool.
If Lender consents it shall set forth the Aggregate Debt Service Coverage Ratio and the Aggregate Loan to Value Ratio which it estimates shall result from the addition of the proposed Additional Mortgaged Property.
