401(k) Plan definition

401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10.
401(k) Plan means, with respect to an Employer, a plan qualified under Code Section 401(a) that contains a cash or deferral arrangement described in Code Section 401(k), adopted by the Employer, as it may be amended from time to time, or any successor thereto.
401(k) Plan means the Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. 401(k) Savings & Investment Plan.

More Definitions of 401(k) Plan

401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.17 hereof.
401(k) Plan means the Internap 401(k) Savings Plan or any other qualified retirement plan with a cash or deferred arrangement that is maintained or sponsored by Company or any Affiliate in which Employee is a participant.
