(the "Offeror") wish to announce that, following a video conference call between and among Petroteq, Viston and their respective counsel on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, Petroteq, Viston and the Offeror have entered into a letter agreement as of July 5, 2022 (the "Letter Agreement") in connection with the pending offer by the Offeror to purchase all of the outstanding common shares of Petroteq (the "Offer").
