This Employment Contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between Amarillo Biosciences, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Employer”) and Martin J. Cummins (“Employee”). ABI and its controlled subsidiaries shall be hereinafter collectively referred to as “ABI Companies”.
