This SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT, dated June 30, 2008 (“Agreement”) is entered by and among Origin Orbit Green Resource Company, Ltd. (“AOPM”), a Nevada corporation and the Oracular Dragon Capital Company, Ltd., the sole shareholders of Origin Orbit, (“Oracular Dragon”).
