XXXXXXX'X DUTIES. In addition to the minimum and general requirements of the Landlord, the Landlord also specifically agrees to the following duties:

The duties of the xxxxxxx shall include investigation of complaints of an urgent nature, investigation of grievances and assisting any employee whom the xxxxxxx represents in presenting a grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure, and attending meetings at the request of the Employer.
XXXXXXX'X DUTIES. 2.1 In his capacity as BioMarin's Chief Executive Officer, Xxxxxxx shall perform all acts or services and do all things necessary or advisable to manage or conduct BioMarin's business, subject to the policies set by BioMarin's board of directors.
XXXXXXX'X DUTIES. In consideration of the promises made by Pegasystems in this Agreement, Xxxxxxx covenants and agrees as follows:
XXXXXXX'X DUTIES. 9. (a) At all rehearsals and concerts there shall be a xxxxxxx in attendance who shall be a member of the Orchestra. For his/her services as xxxxxxx he/she shall receive in addition to his/her regular per service fee, no less than ten (10) percent of the weekly section core to be paid for each week of the season.
XXXXXXX'X DUTIES. 10. The Windsor Symphony Orchestra Players’ Committee acts as the Windsor Federation of Musicians union xxxxxxx at Windsor Symphony Orchestra services. For each orchestra service, the WSS shall pay the Windsor Symphony Orchestra Players’ Committee the basic fee for xxxxxxx services undertaken by the Windsor Symphony Orchestra Players’ Committee. The basic fee for xxxxxxx services is the equivalent to ten (10) percent of the annual remuneration for the guaranteed services for a section string player in the ECO. The annual fee payable to the Players’ Committee is due no later than April 30th in each year of the contract. As no xxxxxxx will be appointed by the WFM and in consideration of the Xxxxxxx Fee now being paid to the Players’ Committee, the Players’ Committee will undertake to provide appropriate Xxxxxxx services to the Orchestra, the WSS, and the WFM. Details of the duties of the Xxxxxxx are set out in the Constitution and By-Laws of the Association. Should an individual musician wish to register a complaint or draw attention to any inconsistency in the administration of the collective agreement he/she may do so in confidence with any member of the Players’ Committee.
XXXXXXX'X DUTIES. The Union shall be permitted one (1) Xxxxxxx. In the absences of the Xxxxxxx, the Chairperson or his/her designee may assume the Xxxxxxx'x duties. If the Chairperson designates an alternate xxxxxxx, the Chairperson shall notify the Director or designee in writing of that designation. Attorneys may be represented by the Xxxxxxx, or the Chairperson or his/her designee at any step of the Grievance Procedure, and at any disciplinary meeting, investigatory or otherwise, at which an attorney is required to be present. Meetings during working hours for the conduct of Union business will be restricted to attendance by the Xxxxxxx or the Chairperson or his/her designee. The aforementioned persons must notify their supervisor when using this provision in such a manner so as to not interfere with the immediacy of job requirements, unless properly relieved. The Union Xxxxxxx or Chairperson, or his/her designee, shall be permitted reasonable time to conduct union business in the Legal Department represented by this agreement. Abuse of these general provisions can lead to disciplinary actions, but whenever possible, abuses shall first be discussed in a labor- management meeting.
