Workplace Environment. ‌ The Employer and the Union agree that all employees should work in a safe environment that fosters mutual respect and professionalism. The parties agree that the workplace environment can have a significant impact on employee productivity, well-being, and a positive environment furthers the Employer's business operations and needs. Inappropriate behavior in the workplace does not serve the Employer, the Union, or the employee. All employees are responsible for contributing to a positive workplace environment.
