Common use of Working Time Clause in Contracts

Working Time. The Executive acknowledges that as an employee with autonomous decision-taking powers, and subject to his complying with his duties under clause 5, he can determine his own working hours and that as such his working time is not measured or predetermined, and that accordingly the regulations relating to maximum weekly working time, night work, daily and weekly rest periods in the Working Time Regulations 1998 shall not apply to this Appointment.
