Common use of WORK TO BE PERFORMED Clause in Contracts

WORK TO BE PERFORMED. Sub-recipient shall implement the scope of work (“Scope of Work”) described in Attachment B, hereof fully and in accordance with the terms of the Annual Funding Plan approved by the City and submitted to HUD in the City’s application for funds to carry out the Project and the Certifications which were submitted concurrently with the Annual Funding Plan. The Annual Funding Plan and Certifications form is hereby incorporated by reference into this contract fully as if set forth herein. Sub-recipient shall also undertake the same obligations to the City that the City has undertaken to HUD pursuant to said Annual Funding Plan and Certifications. The obligations undertaken by Sub- recipient include, but are not limited to, the obligation to, as applicable, comply with each of the following as may be amended from time to time:
