Work reports. (a) The Contractor shall provide a summary report after the initial site visit and each month after during the duration of the contract, delivered to the COR.
Work reports. An electrician shall, if so requested, submit work reports signed by a buyer or his representative, provided that such persons are present at the end of the working day. If such persons are not present, the report is to be signed by an employer or floor manager. All work reports are to be prepared in duplicate, and the electrician shall keep a copy.

  • Search Reports The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of UCC and other search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Administrative Agent, listing all of the effective financing statements filed against any Credit Party, together with copies of such financing statements.

  • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same.
