Common use of Withdrawal Form Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal Form. The form, a copy of which is appended to the Contract, drawn up for the use of consumers if they want to exercise their right of withdrawal; which shall be delivered to TAV within 14 (fourteen) days following the execution of the sale contract, in written form or via permanent data storage units (e-mail), in case the consumer wants to withdraw from the Contract.
