Common use of Where one Party Clause in Contracts

Where one Party. discloses Confidential Information of the other Party to its employee, consultant, subcontractor, supplier, customer, agent, professional adviser or insurer, it shall do so subject to obligations equivalent to those set out in this Clause 6. Each Party shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that any such employee, consultant, subcontractor, supplier, customer, agent, professional adviser or insurer complies with such obligations.
