ARCTIC WOLF WARRANTS THAT DURING THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM AND PROVIDED THAT CUSTOMER IS NOT IN BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT THAT: (I) THE SOLUTIONS PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT DO NOT INFRINGE OR MISAPPROPRIATE ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY; AND (II) THE SOLUTIONS SHALL SUBSTANTIALLY PERFORM AS DESCRIBED IN THE DOCUMENTATION.
