Common use of VOTES OF MEMBERS Clause in Contracts

VOTES OF MEMBERS. Votes may be given either personally or by proxy. Subject to any rights or restrictions for the time being attached to any class or classes of Shares, on a show of hands every Member present in person and every proxy shall have one vote, so, however, that no individual shall have more than one vote, and on a poll every Member shall have one vote for every Share carrying voting rights of which he is the Holder.
