Visits of Union Representatives. ‌ After first notifying the Plant Manager or, in his absence, the person in charge, duly authorized full-time representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the plant for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees, and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented. Interviews shall take place during rest and meal periods. Visits of Union Representatives. Duly authorized Representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit agreed upon areas of Cowichan Tribes' buildings, where unionized employees regularly carry out their job duties, for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members, and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented. The City will not unreasonably withhold such consent.
