Common use of Vesting Schedule Clause in Contracts

Vesting Schedule. Except as provided in Section 4, and subject to Section 5, the Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement will vest in accordance with the vesting provisions set forth in the Notice of Grant. Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.

Vesting Schedule. Except as provided in Section 4, and subject to Section 5, the Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement will vest in accordance with the vesting provisions schedule set forth in the Notice of Grant. Restricted Stock Units scheduled , subject to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously continuing to be a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such through each applicable vesting occursdate.

Vesting Schedule. Except as provided in Section 4Sections 4 and 5, and subject to Section 56, the Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement will vest in accordance with the Participant according to the vesting provisions schedule set forth in the Notice of GrantAward Agreement. In the event any Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon have not vested by the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any fifteenth (15th) anniversary of the provisions of Vesting Commencement Date, the then-unvested Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement, unless Agreement will thereupon be forfeited at no cost to the Company and the Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occursno further rights thereunder.

Unless specifically provided otherwise in this Award Agreement or other written agreement authorized by the Administrator between Participant and the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company, as applicable, governing the terms of this Award, Shares of Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.

Shares of Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.

Restricted Stock Share Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider in the employment of or other service with the Company (or its Subsidiaries, as applicable) from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.

Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Agreement, if Participant ceases to be a Service Provider for any or no reason, the then-unvested Restricted Stock Units scheduled awarded by this Agreement will thereupon be forfeited at no cost to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Company and Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occursno further rights thereunder.

Vesting Schedule. Restricted Performance Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occursoccurs as further described in Section 6.

Vesting Schedule. Unless specifically provided otherwise in this Award Agreement or other written agreement authorized by the Administrator between Participant and the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company, as applicable, governing the terms of this Award, Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously serving as a Service Provider Director from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.

Vesting Schedule. Except as provided in Section 4, and subject to Section 5, the Performance-Based Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement will vest in accordance with the vesting provisions set forth in Exhibit B. Unless specifically provided otherwise in this Award Agreement or other written agreement authorized by the Notice Administrator between Participant and the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary of Grant. the Company, as applicable, governing the terms of this Award, Performance-Based Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.

Vesting Schedule. Except as provided in Section 45, and subject to Section 56, the Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement will vest in accordance with the vesting provisions set forth in the Notice of Grant. Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant Awardee in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have Agreement if Awardee has been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until Terminated prior to the date such vesting occurs.

Vesting Schedule. Except as provided in Sections 4 and 11 and Section 417 of the Plan, and subject to Section 5, the Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement will vest in accordance with the vesting provisions set forth in the Notice of Grant. Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.

Vesting Schedule. Except as provided in Section 4Sections 4 and 5, and subject to Section 56, the Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement will vest in accordance with the Participant according to the vesting provisions set forth schedule referenced in the Notice of GrantAward Agreement. In the event any Time-Based Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon have not vested by the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any fifteenth (15th) anniversary of the provisions of Vesting Commencement Date, the then-unvested Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement, unless Agreement will thereupon be forfeited at no cost to the Company and the Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occursno further rights thereunder.

Except as provided in Subject to Section 4, and subject to Section 5, the Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement will vest in accordance with the vesting provisions dates and amounts set forth in the Notice of Grant. Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.

Except as provided in Section 4, and subject to Section 5, the Shares of Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Restricted Stock Agreement will vest in accordance with the vesting provisions set forth in the Notice of Grant. Shares of Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Restricted Stock Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.
