Vending Machines. 52. Subject to the requirements of the Charter and Sections 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.6, 4.7 and 4.8 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, The Union is authorized to establish vending machines in employee work areas. The Union shall be responsible for their installation and operation and all costs relating thereto, including maintenance and insurance. Proceeds from sales made through the vending machines shall be deposited in a special fund under the direction and control of the Union and allocated exclusively for the benefit of employees' recreation and welfare.
