Common use of User Conduct Clause in Contracts

User Conduct. You agree not to use the Service or the content or information in any way that would: (a) infringe any third party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the Service to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising or illegal Internet gambling); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the Service; or (i) use the Service in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.

User Conduct. You agree not to use the Service or the content or information delivered through the Service in any way that would: (a) infringe any third third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, including but not limited to, to use of the Service to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, discrimination or false advertising or illegal Internet gamblingadvertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us the Bank or our its affiliates or service providers, or cause us the Bank to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our the Bank’s third-party service providersprovider(s); (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegalbeing obscene or pornographic or contain child pornography, offensive or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the Service; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of the Service by any other user; (j) access the information and content manually by request and not programmatically by macro or other automated means; or (ik) use the Service in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the Bank’s or third party computer systems of otherssystems.

You agree not to use the Personal Service or the content or information in any way that would: (a) infringe any third third- party copyright, patent, trademark, trade trade-secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the Personal Service to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising or illegal Internet gambling); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the Personal Service; or (i) use the Personal Service in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.

You agree not to use the Service or the content or information in any way that would: (ai) infringe any third party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (bii) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the Service to impersonate another person or entity; (ciii) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising or illegal Internet gambling); (div) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (ev) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (fvi) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (gvii) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (hviii) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the Service; or (iix) use the Service in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.

User Conduct. You agree not to use the Service Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) • infringe any third third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the Software application; (b) • be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the Service Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) • violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, discrimination or false advertising or illegal Internet gamblingadvertising); (d) • be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) • create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) • be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) • potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) • interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to Mobile Banking; • interfere with or disrupt the Serviceuse of Mobile Banking by any other user; or (i) • use the Service Mobile Banking in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.

User Conduct. You agree not to use the Service our App or the content or information delivered through our App in any way that would: (a) infringe any third third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the Service our App to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, anti discrimination or false advertising or illegal Internet gamblingadvertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the ServiceServices; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of our App by any other user; or (ik) use the Service our App in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.
