Use of Your Personal Information and Your Consent. Any personal information that we collect from you relating to the Interac e-Transfer Services (including any email addresses and mobile telephone numbers that you provide to us if you are a Sender, Recipient or Requester) will be treated in accordance with the Credit Union's Privacy Policy. You agree that we may collect and use this personal information to make the Interac e-Transfer Services available to you (including to process Interac e-Transfers and Request Transfers). You also agree that we may share this personal information with other Participating Financial Institutions, with Interac Corp., and with Interac Corp.'s suppliers and agents, for purposes of operating the Interac e- Transfer Services.
