Use of Proceeds of Loans. The proceeds of the Term Loan A made on the Effective Date shall be used by the Borrower to repay in full the Existing Indebtedness, for general working capital purposes of the Borrower and to pay fees and expenses related to this Agreement. The proceeds of the Term Loan B made after the Effective Date shall be applied by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for working capital and general corporate purposes of the Borrower (primarily for the funding of purchases of Inventory to support the Borrower’s growth strategy), but including without limitation, Investments permitted under Section 7.6 and to pay fees and expenses related to this Agreement. 2.11
