No child under the age of 16 shall be permitted to borrow portable Wi-Fi hotspot devices from the Library, unless such child is permitted to do so by their parent/guardian, only if that parent or guardian has themselves borrowed the Wi-Fi hotspot device from the Library using their own Library card. VCC requires Organizations to obtain parental consent from the parents of children under 13 before collecting any such personal information. If you are under 13, please do not send any personal information about yourself to us, other than what we request from you in connection with the Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent being obtained by his or her Organization, or if we learn a child under 13 has provided us personal information beyond what we request from him or her, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information beyond what is requested by us, or that such child’s applicable Organization has not required parental consent prior to our collection of any personal information, please contact us at xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. VCC will promptly return to the customer or destroy all personal information which is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was for.

We only collect personal information (as defined in our Privacy Policy), from children under 13 where that child’s Organization has contracted with Milestone Group (via the terms set forth in Section 3(c) or (d) of this Agreement) to collect personal information from children under the age of 13 for the use and benefit of the learning environment. Milestone Group requires Organizations to notify the parents of children under 13 that the Organization will be using the CS and/or PM System before collecting any such personal information. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 improperly, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information improperly, or that such child’s applicable Organization has not provided notice to the parents of their child’s use of the System, please contact us at xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
USE BY CHILDREN. Neither the PYB System or the PM System are targeted for use by children under 13. Nevertheless, Vidigami is committed to protecting the privacy and security of data of children under 13 as outlined in laws such as Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (‘COPPA’) (see xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx). Vidigami collects limited personal information from students and other children who use the System. We collect personal information (including biometric information) from an Organization (as defined in our Privacy Policy), for children under 13 where that child’s Organization has contracted with Vidigami (via the terms set forth in Section 3(c) or (d) of this Agreement) to collect personal information for the use and benefit of the the Vidigami Services. Vidigami requires Organizations to notify the parents of children under the age of consent that the Organization will be using the PYB and/or PM System before providing any such personal information to Vidigami. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 improperly, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
