Union Postings. In work units where bulletin boards are available, the Union shall be allowed space of not less than 10 inches x 12 inches. Any posting of materials are to be informative in nature to Union business and are neither derogatory toward management nor inflammatory in nature. Agency email and/or intranet may also be used with prior Employer approval.
Union Postings. It is agreed that any employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union, or any body with which the Union is affiliated, shall be granted leave of absence, without pay and without loss of seniority, by the Board for a period of up to one (1) year and may be renewed each year upon request to a maximum of three (3) years.
Union Postings. The Company agrees to post notices of official Union business which are received by the Company from the Union.
Union Postings. Anixter Center shall provide a bulletin board in each program as set forth in Section 1(b) above for the posting of notice of Union activities. Copies of all bulletin board postings shall be furnished to the President or his designee prior to the time of posting. The President or his designee may notify the Union that Anixter Center desires to modify the posting, and the Union shall meet with Anixter Center to discuss such modification. Postings not provided to the President or his designee prior to the time of posting shall be removed by Anixter Center.
Union Postings. The Agency will provide a bulletin board or other posting area for use by the Union at each work site where bargaining unit members are normally assigned. Work site is defined as any location entitled to a Union Xxxxxxx. The Union may place on the bulletin board or in the other posting area notices or newsletters concerning:
Union Postings. The Union shall have access to space on bulletin boards in departments that employ graduate employees covered by this Agreement. All postings by the Union shall be done in accordance with University policies regarding access and approval required for bulletin board use on the campus.
Union Postings. Union shall be allowed a union bulletin board in each station in the kitchen or eating area for union postings. Union shall be responsible for the purchase of the bulletin boards. No items detrimental to the good of the department shall be posted on the boards.
Union Postings. The Employer agrees to either furnish bulletin boards or to 12 furnish space on bulletin boards in the various departments on which notices of official Union 13 business may be posted provided the notices have been approved in advance by the Employer 14 and the Union.
Union Postings. The Union shall be permitted space at each area location for the purpose of placing and maintaining a Union bulletin board at the Union’s expense. The use of this bulletin board will be for Union notices only, and be of a businesslike, non-inflammatory nature. There will be no posting of any type supporting or opposing employees running for Union office. All notices posted must be signed by a representative of the Union. Prior to posting, a copy of the posting must be provided to Human Resources for approval. Approval will not be withheld if the posting complies with the requirements of this Section.
Union Postings. The Union shall be permitted to use a sufficient number of designated Company bulletin boards for posting notices and announcements of official business. All such notices and announcements shall be submitted to the Company for approval and posting.
