Union Literature. 8.2 The College shall, where facilities permit, make available to the Union specific locations on its premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Union.
Union Literature. (SB1, SC1, SD1, and SI1) The City agrees to reasonably distribute to each new unit member appropriate literature furnished by the Union as described in Sections 3.6.1, 3.7.1, and 3.7.2.

Prior approval of content and method of distribution will be obtained from the employer except notices of meetings, elections and social events. Distribution of information items may performed only outside duty hours; however, posting on bulletin boards may be accomplis during duty hours.
