Type of Employment. The Government has determined that this Contract and Employee are Exempt from the National Public Service System pursuant to 33 PNC (to be completed by BPSS).  In addition, the Employee’s position is / is NOT classified (to be completed by BPSS) in accordance with the Governments Classification and Compensation system.  The employee will be a part/full time employee (to be completed by department).
Type of Employment. 7.071 Full Time Employment Employees who have seven (7) hours and forty-five (45) minutes per day of regularly scheduled time (including lunch and planning time) are considered full time employees. Full time employees will receive full benefits (per Article 11) and will be placed on the appropriate steps on the salary schedule based on experience and education.
