Trustee to Cooperate; Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by the Servicer of a notification that payment in full shall be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes, the Servicer will immediately notify or cause to be notified the Trustee by a certification in the form of Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such payment which are required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.10 have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request delivery to it of the Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the Servicer at no cost to the Trustee or the Trust Fund. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

The Trustee shall, at the written request and expense of any Certificateholder, provide a written report to such Certificateholder of all Mortgage Files released to the Master Servicer for servicing purposes.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee or such Custodian, as the case may be, shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the Servicer at no cost to the Trustee or the Trust FundMaster Servicer. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee shall promptly shall, within five Business Days, release and send the related Mortgage File to the Servicer by overnight mail, at no cost to the Trustee or expense of the Trust FundServicer. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and requestcopies of the Request for Release, the Trustee shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the Servicer at no cost to the Trustee or the Trust FundMaster Servicer. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee shall promptly within 3 Business Days release the related Mortgage File to the Servicer at no cost to the Trustee or the Trust FundMaster Servicer. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

Trustee to Cooperate; Release of Mortgage Files. Upon receipt of such certification and requestrequest and pursuant to the terms of the Custodial Agreement, the Trustee shall Custodian to promptly release the related Mortgage File to the Servicer at no cost to the Trustee or the Trust FundMaster Servicer. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the Servicer at no cost to the Trustee or the Trust Fund. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Custodial Account or the Distribution Certificate Account.

Trustee to Cooperate; Release of Mortgage Files. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee shall promptly release and deliver the related Mortgage File to the Servicer (at the expense of the Servicer, subject to reimbursement from the Collection Account, and at no cost to the Trustee or the Trust Fund. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution AccountIndenture Trustee).

No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee shall promptly or the Custodian shall, within five Business Days, release or cause the release and mailing by overnight mail of the related Mortgage File to the Servicer at no cost to the Trustee or the Trust FundServicer. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee or such Custodian, as the case may be, shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the Servicer at no cost to the Trustee or the Trust FundMaster Servicer. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.
