Trustee to Cooperate; Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full shall be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee, in written (with two executed copies) or electronic format, a Request for Release in the form of Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such payment which are required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.10 have been or will be so deposited) signed by a Servicing Officer (or in a mutually agreeable electronic format that will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer) and shall request delivery to it of the Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee shall, within three Business Days, release and send by overnight mail, at the expense of the Master Servicer, the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer. The Trustee agrees to indemnify the Master Servicer, out of its own funds, for any loss, liability or expense (other than special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages which will not be paid by the Trustee) incurred by the Master Servicer as a proximate result of the Trustee's breach of its obligations pursuant to this Section 3.17. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

No no expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account; such expenses incurred by the Trustee or the Custodian shall be paid by the Trustee and reimbursable from the Trust Fund as an Extraordinary Trust Fund Expense.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee shall, within three Business Days, release and send by overnight mail, at the expense of the Master ServicerServicer or the related Mortgagor, the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer. No no expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and requestrequest and pursuant to the terms of the Custodial Agreement, the Trustee Custodian shall, within three Business Days, release and send by overnight mail, at the expense of the Master Servicer, the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer. The Trustee agrees to indemnify the Master Servicer, out of its own funds, for any loss, liability or expense (other than special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages which will not be paid by the Trustee) incurred by the Master Servicer as a proximate result of the Trustee's breach of its obligations pursuant to this Section 3.17. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

The Trustee will provide to the Certificate Insurer upon written request an updated listing of any Mortgage Files released pursuant to this Section 3.17(a) no more frequently than four times per year.

The Trustee will provide to the Certificate Insurer an updated listing of any Mortgage Files released pursuant to this Section 3.17(a) on March 30, June 30, September 30 and December 30 of each year, beginning in December 1999 and as otherwise requested by the Certificate Insurer or the Trustee.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee Trustee, or the Custodian as agent of the Trustee, shall, within three five Business Days, release and send by overnight mail, at the expense of the Master Servicer or the applicable Servicer, the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer or the applicable Servicer. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

Trustee to Cooperate; Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full shall be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee, in written (with Trustee two executed copies) or electronic format, copies of a Request for Release in the form of Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such payment which are required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.10 have been or will be so deposited) signed by a Servicing Officer (or in a mutually agreeable electronic format that will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer) and shall request delivery to it of the Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee shall, within three five Business Days, release and send by overnight mail, at the expense of the Master Servicer, the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer. The Trustee agrees to indemnify the Master Servicer, out of its own funds, for any loss, liability or expense (other than special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages which will not be paid by the Trustee) incurred by the Master Servicer as a proximate result of the Trustee's breach of its obligations pursuant to this Section 3.17. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account. The Trustee will provide to the Certificate Insurer upon written request an updated listing of any Mortgage Files released pursuant to this Section 3.17(a) no more frequently than four times per year.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee Custodian shall, within three Business Days, release and send by overnight mail, at the expense of the Master Servicer, the related Mortgage File to the Master ServicerServicer and the Servicer is authorized to cause the removal from the registration on the MERS® System of any such Mortgage Loan, if applicable. The Trustee agrees to indemnify the Master Servicer, out of its own funds, for any loss, liability or expense (other than special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages which will not be paid by the Trustee) incurred by the Master Servicer as a proximate result of the Trustee's ’s breach of its obligations pursuant to this Section 3.17.
