Trustee to Cooperate; Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full shall be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes, the Master Servicer shall promptly notify the Trustee and any related Custodian by a certification in the form of Exhibit E or such other form supplied by the Master Servicer provided that it does not differ from the substantive content of Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such payment which are required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.04(b) have been or shall be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request delivery to it of the Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee or such Custodian, as the case may be, shall promptly release (and in no event more than three (3) Business Days thereafter) the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee or such Custodian, as the case may be, shall promptly release (and in no event more than three (3) Business Days thereafter) the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

Within seven Business Days (or within such shorter period as release can reasonably be accomplished if the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer notifies the Trustee of an exigency) of a Servicing Officer and shall request delivery to it of the Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification notice and request, the Trustee shall release, or such Custodiancause any related Custodian to release, as the case may be, shall promptly release (and in no event more than three (3) Business Days thereafter) the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, whichever requested it. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Certificate Account.

(a) Upon the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full shall be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes, the Master Servicer shall promptly notify deliver to the Trustee and any related (or the Custodian by on behalf of the Trustee), in written (with two executed copies) or electronic format, a certification Request for Release in the form of Exhibit E or such other form supplied by the Master Servicer provided that it does not differ from the substantive content of Exhibit E hereto (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such payment which are required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.04(b) 3.10 have been or shall will be so deposited) of signed by a Servicing Officer (or in a mutually agreeable electronic format that will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer) and shall request delivery to it or its designee of the Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or such Custodianthe Custodian on behalf of the Trustee) shall, as the case may bewithin three Business Days, shall promptly release (and in no event more than three (3) Business Days thereafter) the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer or its designee (which, shall be sent by overnight mail at the Servicer’s expense). No Except as otherwise provided herein, no expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

(a) Upon the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full shall be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes, the Master Servicer shall promptly notify deliver to the Trustee and any related Custodian by two executed copies of a certification Request for Release in the form of Exhibit E or such other form supplied by the Master Servicer provided that it does not differ from the substantive content of Exhibit E (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such payment which are required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.04(b) 3.10 have been or shall will be so deposited) of signed by a Servicing Officer (or in a mutually agreeable electronic format that will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer) and shall request delivery to it of the Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee or such Custodianshall, as within five Business Days, release and send by overnight mail, at the case may beexpense of the Master Servicer, shall promptly release (and in no event more than three (3) Business Days thereafter) the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

(a) Upon the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full shall be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes, the Master Servicer shall promptly so notify the Trustee and any request delivery to it of the related Custodian Mortgage File (such notice and request to be effected by delivering to the Trustee a certification Request for Release in the form of Exhibit E or such other form supplied D-1 attached hereto, which Request for Release shall be accompanied by the Master Servicer provided that it does not differ from form of any release or discharge to be executed by the substantive content of Exhibit E (which certification Trustee and shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such payment which are required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.04(b3.04(a) have been or shall will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request delivery to it of the Mortgage File). Upon receipt of such certification and requestRequest for Release, the Trustee or such Custodian, as the case may be, shall promptly release (and in no event more than three (3) Business Days thereafter) release, or cause any related Custodian to release, the related Mortgage File to the Master ServicerServicer and shall deliver to the Master Servicer such accompanying release or discharge, duly executed. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

(a) Upon the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full shall be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes, the Master Servicer shall promptly so notify the Trustee and any request delivery to it of the related Custodian Mortgage File (such notice and request to be effected by delivering to the Trustee a certification Request for Release in the form of Exhibit E or such other form supplied B-1 attached hereto, which Request for Release shall be accompanied by the Master Servicer provided that it does not differ from form of any release or discharge to be executed by the substantive content of Exhibit E (which certification Trustee and shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such payment which are required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.04(b3.04(a) have been or shall will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request delivery to it of the Mortgage File). Upon receipt of such certification and requestRequest for Release, the Trustee or such Custodian, as the case may be, shall promptly release (and in no event more than three (3) Business Days thereafter) release, or cause any related Custodian to release, the related Mortgage File to the Master ServicerServicer and shall deliver to the Master Servicer such accompanying release or discharge, duly executed. No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Bond Account.

No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.

No expenses incurred in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Collection Account or the Distribution Account.
