The Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of 2032 2028 Notes and may make loans to, accept deposits from, perform services for or otherwise deal with the Company or any Affiliate thereof with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.

The Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of 2032 2026 Notes and may make loans to, accept deposits from, perform services for or otherwise deal with the Company or any Affiliate thereof with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.

The Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of 2032 2029 Notes and may make loans to, accept deposits from, perform services for or otherwise deal with the Company or any Affiliate thereof with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.

The Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of 2032 Notes and may make loans to, accept deposits from, perform services for or otherwise deal with the Company or any Affiliate thereof of its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee. Any Agent may do the same with like rights. The Trustee, however, must comply with Sections 5.10 and 5.11 of the Indenture.

The Trustee Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity capacity, may become the owner or of pledgee of 2032 Notes and may make loans to, accept deposits from, perform services for or otherwise deal with the Company or any Affiliate thereof of the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.

The Trustee or its Affiliates in its or their individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of 2032 Notes and may make loans to, accept deposits from, perform services for or otherwise deal with the Company or any Affiliate thereof with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.

The Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of 2032 2033 Notes and may make loans to, accept deposits from, perform services for or otherwise deal with the Company or any Affiliate thereof with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.

The Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of 2032 2027 Notes and may make loans to, accept deposits from, perform services for or otherwise deal with the Company or any Affiliate thereof with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.
