The Trustee under the IndentureTrustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or of pledgee of Notes Notes, and as such may otherwise deal with the CompanyCompany or its Affiliates. Otherwise, the Trustee shall have no other relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or their respective Affiliates except as if it were not the Trustee.

Trustee Dealings with Company. The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes Securities and may make loans to, accept deposits from, perform services for, and otherwise deal with with, the Company, its Subsidiaries or the Guarantors and their respective Affiliates as if it were not the Trustee.

Trustee Dealings with Company. The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes Securities and may otherwise deal with the Company, its the Subsidiaries or the Guarantor and their respective Affiliates as if it were not the Trustee.
